Tip for chips:
5 silver = .20 each / 1 gold = 1.00 / 1 crown card = 2.00
EXTRA: 2 'dirty' cards: Set value to 10 or more, so that the player holding a lot
of chips may exchange them into just one card.
So, for example fiver turned into chips:
5x silver = 1 + 2x gold = 2 + 1x Crown = 2 ...together they make 5.
Do decide the value of the chips as you like.

(When using Casino grade = leveled dice are as follows)
With three six-sided dice there are (6×6×6=) 216 possible permutations.
4-5-6: 6/216 = 2.78%
Trips: 6/216 = 2.78%
Point: 90/216 = 41.67%
1-2-3: 6/216 = 2.78%
Meaningless permutations: 108/216 = 50%
